Back in college, I actually had occassion to talk with several bodybuilders at length about their sport, and that subject came up. For the most part, they don't get aroused during a competition due to eroticism, however there were countless incidents of arousal due to friction against their posers since many times they are very tight, and also the flexing around their core and glutes puts pressure internally on the areas controlling erections. Spontaneous erections and occassionally slight emissions were pretty common. Don't know if they found it arousing or erotic, but I sure did, and do.
