Saturday Sport
In the USA:  NCAA Football Bowlseason kicks off today with a slew of Bowl games
from throughout the US.

The Air Force Reserve Celebration Bowl, from the Georgia Dome inAtlanta.  This
is a great start to bowlseason, with two relatively little know teams who have
had great seasons: NorthCarolina Central (9-2) vs. Grambling State (11-1) This
is a clash of the MEACand SWAC champs pitting versatile QBs Malcolm Bell and
DeVante Kincade againsteach other. These FCS teams' only losses this season
came against FBSopponents. The winner will be the 2016 black college national
champion.
Elsewhere, the New Mexico Bowl pits Texas (San Antonio) against NewMexico.
The Las Vegas Bowl pits Houston against SanDiego State.  The Camellia Bowl
features Appalachian State vs. Toledoin Montgomery, Alabama.  The New
OrleansBowl features an exciting battle between Southern Mississippi and
Louisiana(Lafayette).

In NCAA Basketball, Georgetowntravels to Syracuse, Ohio State to UCLA, and
Kentucky to North Carolina.

UK:  Premier League Soccer features bouts betweenMiddlesbrough vs. Swansea,
Crystal Palace vs. Chelsea, Stoke City vs. Leicester, and West Brom vs.
Manchester United.

Italy:  Serie A Soccer this evening features an epicbattle between Roma and
Iuventus at Iuventus Stadium.  Perennial winners Juventus are under pressure
against the best Roma team in recent memory.  This has been dubbed the match of
the season.Iuve, although winning, has been accused of playing poorly all
season, and Romais on the rise.  Only four pointsseparate the two teams in the
standings. It seems to many that only Roma can challenge Iuventus for the
seasontitle.  Tonight will determine a lot. Awin against the Champions of Italy
would not only confirm American owned Roma'srising status but it would send a
clear signal of intent that they can win thetitle.

This weekend is the fourth round of the EuropeanRugby Champions Cup. Toulouse
vs. Zebre Rugby is only one of the exciting gameswhich will be contested.

In Cricket rankings, India, England and Australia lead theTest rankings. ODI
rankings place Australia, then South Africa and India.  The top three in
Twenty20 are New Zealand,India, and South Africa.
