Yes, IRM has close relationships with device drivers. We probably should
ask for Device Driver community's sponsorship as well.

By definition, ON community is about the core operation system and
networking components. From this point of view, I guess IRM should be
part of ON. Doesn't that count for the interest of ON community?

So I think IRM should be endorsed by both of ON and Device Driver
community, maybe Performance community as well.
