That's only true for the "current" downloads. If you look here: http://dlc.sun.com/osol/on/downloads/ ...you'll see folders for b60 through b82. So, you could grab b80's closed debug bins here, for example: http://dlc.sun.com/osol/on/downloads/b80/on-closed-bins.i386.tar.bz2 As far as I know, the snapshots can't really be atributed directly to a particular build.
