No; the attached-to-process stuff only attaches the non-dynamic threads to the process. One of the problems was that for cpu partitions, you pretty much have to create the subthreads from a thread *in* the process. Since Dynamic taskq threads are created from taskq_dispatch(), that would cause issues. I *thought* we had a: IMPLY((flags & TASKQ_DYNAMIC), proc == &p0); assertion in taskq_create_common(), but apparently not.
