This is found during the bug evaluation of bugzilla bug 15942:

The removal of audio drivers/utilities was explicitly called out as
one of the requirements of the text installer media.
Eventually, the system/device/audio service should be pulled out of SUNWcs.
All this is now up to ON, so it should be refiled in bugster, in
solaris/consolidation/os-net-pkgs.
This is the bug to track the pkg refactoring for ON.
