If you're referring to my note about unusable repositories, then it did
not advise such a change. It called out that repositories built between
Monday evening and yesterday, including those posted to on-nightly,
could not be used for upgrade.

The on-nightly repository is once again functional, as it now contains
bits built with my fix.

Does your repository contain consolidation/osnet/osnet-incorporation?
Did you build them after pulling my fix, or before?
