=== *Description* ============================================================
The default /etc/gss/mech file delivered by SUNWgssc should be empty. The
packages that deliver the mechanisms should add entries to this file via a
class action script.
This is to ensure that we can install a system that does not have all of the
mechanisms.
This was discovered by taking the SUNWCrnet install cluster and adding the
SUNWssh* packages.
The SUNWssh* packages have (correctly) a dependency on SUNWgss which inturn
depends on SUNWgssc.
However ssh fails at runtime because libgss couldn't load all the mechanisms
that were in its
configuration file (/etc/gss/mech). It would be wrong to put a dependency on
SUNWgssdh from
the SUNWssh* packages because ssh doesn't actually depend on any specific gss
mechanism just
the GSSAPI library itself (libgss), which is in SUNWgss.
