Dear all, I have taken a quick look at the suggested ?Repo? tool. My understand is that this tool is useful for the android project maintainers. We need to validate if this tool would fit to the current LF toolchain infrastructure.
Andy, what are your thoughts on this? ?Repo is a tool that we built on top of Git. Repo helps us manage the many Git repositories, does the uploads to our revision control system, and automates parts of the Android development workflow. Repo is not meant to replace Git, only to make it easier to work with Git in the context of Android. The repo command is an executable Python script that you can put anywhere in your path.? https://code.google.com/p/git-repo/ Many thanks & regards Catherine From: onap-discuss-bounces at lists.onap.org [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of Phil Robb Sent: Friday, April 07, 2017 5:21 PM To: ??? <zhaohuabing at gmail.com> Cc: onap-discuss at lists.onap.org Subject: Re: [onap-discuss] Google Repo use I'm also wondering it it's a tool that would be difficult to use/get-to for our community members in China? Obviously, It's a nice tool If we need to manage and operate on multiple repositories. I think there would be no impact to the way if we still use git command to operate on a single repository even repo is installed, right?
