Hello Vikram, Robot, MSO and SDC VMs all require Ubuntu 16.04. The Ubuntu image I?m using is this one, from the Ubuntu repository: https://cloud-images.ubuntu.com/xenial/current/xenial-server-cloudimg-amd64-disk1.img
Note that the network interface in this image is called esn3; however, it gets renamed to eth0 in the heat template. I?m also using OpenStack Mitaka and I?m not facing issues. Try to look at the full logs of those three VMs to see if they tell you something. Also, make sure you have enough floating IPs available for building the ONAP stack. Even if OpenStack VMs appear to have floating IP assigned, in reality some VM may still be unreachable because the floating IP is already in use.
