Hello Suraj, RC stands for release candidate. Basically, it does the same job as the other template, but it has two major upgrades:
1. The RC template allows the user to specify a set of floating IPs that can be used for ONAP components 2. The installation scripts that set ONAP VMs up run separately from the heat template. This allows to reuse the same scripts in different environments (Rackspace, OpenStack, Azure in the near future) without changing the heat templates directly So, please use the RC templates.
