[onap-discuss] sdnc/core/dblib-common is not open sourced

Hi ,

I am trying to build the latest  sdnc core project.
Where the module dblib provider has dependency on db-lib common.

I can see the dblib-common module in the onap nexus snapshot but it's not open 
sourced.

Any idea why ?
