Dear ONAP TSC, Per my discussion with Pamela Dragosh, I am changing the "Policy Driven VNF Orchestration" project to be a *subproject* of the Policy Framework umbrella project. The reason for this is simple - the VNF proposal relies a great deal on the capabilities provided by the Policy Framework, and likely will have the same committers as the Policy Framework. We will keep the content of the two projects intact and separate to make sure that we don't lose anything in the process.
