It looks like the onboarding component is not working correctly. What dockers are you using? 1.1.0 snapshoot or the 1.0.0?

I tried the api directly, it shows the same service unavailable error. Indeed all requests to sdc1/feProxy/onboarding-api endpoints giving the same error.
