I have the similar problem here. My VMs are behind the company proxy and cannot login to docker registry at "nexus3.onap.org:10001" .

In the APP-C readme.md [1], to docker login/pull from Nexus repo, it is assumed to have Nexus certificate in /usr/local/ca-certificates/ path. I do not have any Nexus Certificates in that path.
