This was the first time I’ve ever “Doodled".  If there is a simple yes/no vote 
option I obviously missed it.
That said, selecting either the dates available or “no” to all as you mentioned 
is where my thinking was. It more or less concatenates  the two questions 
versus an initial poll asking “IF” and then a follow up poll asking “WHEN”.
