Hi Alex, Time zone issues will persist even when we have the physical meeting. This will have to be decided on a meeting to meeting basis and the organizers time zone. At the very least with the virtual meeting, anyone interested has a chance to attend. Also there are something’s that we can never solve such as how do you figure out when everyone is free?
