Hello MSB Committers,

I would like to nominate myself for the role of MSB project PTL.

I was the PTL of OPEN-O Common Service Project before the merger of OPEN-O and
ECOMP and have been leading the development of MSB, which is the infrastructure
for OPEN-O microservice powered orchestration. So I have the right background
knowledge and skills to continue this effort in ONAP. Before joining in open
source community, I have worked in Telecom and IT industry for over 15 years. I
have worked as a developer, development manager, technical team leader and
Architect, in my career, I have successfully delivered some large-scale
software projects across multiple operators/countries. I also have extensive
experience of Agile development on both management and technical practices,
such as SCRUM, TDD,Refactory, CI, etc. While I'm not working, I enjoy movie,
swimming, cycling and travelling with my family.

Thanks for your time and consideration. I look forward to working with you if
my nomination is accepted.
