All:

To facilitate the tracking individual project email threads in onap-discuss we
will be using the Topic feature in Mailman.

Topic tags must be enclosed in square brackets [ ] and are not case sensitive.
To tag a message, simply use the tag in the subject line, or within the first 5
lines of the message body
Our recommendation is to put your tag in the subject line when composing a
message where it is readily visible to all.

Mailman will scan the subject line plus the first 5 lines of the body looking
for a tag, and take the appropriate action based upon your individual settings.
Tags in a message that are beyond like 5 of the message body are ignored.

By default you will continue to receive all email sent to onap-discuss unless
you take specific action. The instructions on how you can enable tag filtering
can be found below the list of tags. These instructions are also available on
the wiki: https://wiki.onap.org/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=8226464
<https://wiki.onap.org/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=8226464>

Note: Project tags are created by the Release Engineering team as they set up
the repositories and jira, so please be aware that some tags are still being
added to the system.
