Subject: RE: VNF SDK kickoff

Dear Team,

First, thanks to Andy, Victor, and Murali for signing up to lead the model,
marketplace, and validation sub-projects, respectively.

Second, I’d like to draw your attention to our Release Planning Milestone
Deliverables checklist:
https://wiki.onap.org/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=8225170. The checklist
contains links to onboarding resources, development practices, requirements for
code reviews and unit testing, etc. For M1, all of us need to be familiar with
the material, so please look it over.

Third, it’s time to start populating our backlog. I’ve entered all the epics
we discussed last week, and we need to break it down into stories (at least for
the first sprint or two). I’d like to invite anyone to add stories, and ask
the subproject leads to take responsibility for your areas. We can prioritize
them at our meeting later this week.

Thanks,
Chris
