There's a web interface for submitting tickets if desired at https://rt.linuxfoundation.org it is, however, a private interface. There is no way with our helpdesk system to give a public view into what is in process in the system. Particularly since it's used for not just generic questions, but account management related issues. The username for that is your email address and if you've not logged in before you'll need to do a password reset. It is not tied to LFID. IIRC an account won't get generated unless you've sent in a email based ticket at least once.
