Kanagaraj, You need to use the appropriate global template in your ci-management job. Currently the *-release jobs are the ones that call sonar.
One question I have is whether the sonar should be moved to the verify jobs, so that we can check incoming code and get sonar blockers/critical issues solved more quickly.
