Hi Bin,
ESR will check the status of VIM after the VIM been registered and then it will
check every 15 minutes. But the time period will be configurable.

I will modify the VIM related API according to the schema in A&AI, including
the data structure and url. and I will remove the name/description properties.
FYI, I suggest we add a "status" property in cloud-region. Because ESR will
check whether the cloud is reachable, and update the status to A&AI. How do you
think?

In the cloud-region schema, it doesn’t provide fields to store ‘name’ and
‘description’ yet. Maybe we could remove them?
