Yuan, I think this may be a question for the Use Case Committee for VOLTE. In a production scenario it would be whomever would be writing the policy would have that domain knowledge.
The decision as to what alarms correlate to an ONSET, needs an equivalent decision for what constitutes a ABATED. It may be all or some of the same alarms, perhaps there are other ways of detecting it. I’m not an expert in this, so my recommendation is that perhaps the Use Case committee or someone who understands the particular VNF help with that.
