Hi, Chengli,
Creating a ticket for it is a good idea for Stephen to send the request to
Intel’s IT. However, we also need to restrict the access account since we don’t
have unlimited resource. Tracking on a wiki page will help keep the
transparency on who has an account in each project, and have some collaboration
between projects and inside a project.

Subject: Re: Developer Lab Access

Hi,

After confirming the name list with each projects, Suggest to use Open Lab
JIRA to keep track the the process of remotely accessary accounts creation.
link here
https://jira.onap.org/secure/RapidBoard.jspa?projectKey=OPENLABS&rapidView=67&view=planning,
It will be convenient for the lab owner other than following the email.

You can create a task ticket with components name “Multi-geo LAB”, means
WindRiver & Intel lab, and assign the ticket to Stephen to process.

Regards,
Chengli

Dear ONAP PTLs,

I created a wiki page to track the initial request for Developer lab access:
https://wiki.onap.org/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=15992234

Please put your recommended contributor’s name and email in that table. At this
moment, the main purpose for it is for cross projects integration testing, I
would recommend that each project grants two accounts first, (if more account
requested, we will take the two first, and more if it has more space.) Due,
9/6/2016 Tuesday, 6:00PM PDT.

We’ll discuss the access and integration testing strategy proposal in our next
Integration weekly meeting. And present to TSC at next week’s meeting if it has
time.

Regards,
Helen Chen
