Gary is also documenting the “How To” to make it concrete within your project at https://wiki.onap.org/display/DW/Independent+Versioning+and+Release+Process I would encourage you to consider these 2 pages. Otherwise, deployment services needs to keep track of the version of each component, which would complicate it. have observed this scenario, when we are making the required changes for CLI in deployment projects (demo and OOM).
