Update,
1 min after I sent this the cluster started to come up after 71 min (instead
of the normal 45) for the first time in 30 days - so as of the 20170907 fix we
are good for DCAE 1.1 - all 19 VMs are up.

In the interest of community assistance.
Having issues with DCAE coming up in Rackspace since Aug 6th - there was an
update today that allowed the coll00 and pstg00 instances up in sequence but we
still have issues bringing up the cdap cluster.
I understand that DCAEGEN2 is the focus (I was in the call today) - but I
think we should still put some effort into maintaining at least 1 working E2E
example (which requires the older DCAE repo artifacts until the new DCAE system
is in) - the vFirewall use case is this test case until the new R1/R2 ones are
up.
Pushing a bit on the vFirewall status because a lot of us use this to
validate/exercise the system outside of postman calls. I have seen the mails
on DCAEDebug.sh - just trying to get the system back to 1.0.0 out-of-the-box
stability levels we used to see pre-July - without workarounds.
Joseph and Yang are working with us - details are in the bugs below.
My focus is on the OOM Kubernetes deployment but we also run Heat based
demos - If anyone is running 1.1 on Rackspace and is experiencing orchestration
issues - please let us know so we can compare notes and post workarounds to the
stabilization page at the bottom.
