It looks like Robot is failing to find some library imports.
If these are all libraries provided by the eteutils package in
testsuite/python-testing-utils, you’ll need to update the library import
statements like so:

to:
Library eteutils/UUID.py

It looks like you have a mismatch between what’s in testplan.txt:
portal/testsuite
vs the actual path to the Robot test suite:
portal/testsuites
You should ensure that you can successfully run the tests via run-csit.sh
before you submit your CSIT tests. run-csit.sh should help you identify these
issues before you submit them to gerrit.
