Hi Tao, A change to the usecase-ui repo occurred before the change to add usecase-ui as a submodule to the doc project was merged. When this happens, submodule references are not automatically updated.
I have updated the usecase-ui submodule reference with this change https://gerrit.onap.org/r/#/c/16687/ . Any future merge to usecase-ui should automatically appear here https://gerrit.onap.org/r/gitweb?p=doc.git;a=summary as “Updated git submodules” and if the patch set contains files matching the pattern docs/**/*.rst this will trigger an update to onap.readthedocs.io.
