Yesterday Helen drived a sesseion to testing SO and MultiCloud with vFW
use case. And the SO succeeded to deploy heat stack via MultiCloud OpenStack
plugin. So we are settled.

As agreed that SO will use multicloud to mediate the API calls to
underlying VIM, we need conduct the pairwise testing between SO and Multicloud
before RC1.
