Hi Team,
We want to create/update a E2E service workflow for TOSCA based service
instantiation. For this, we could see some workflow designer tool available in
SDC but not sure about how to design and store a workflow in SO by using this.
We found one zoom link for demo of workflow design and
execution in wiki

But, this zoom video is not available now. Can you please provide any
information on if we can create/update a workflow using designer.
Also let us know whether VOLTE e2eservice workflow was created using a tool or
we have to update manually.
