Hi, You can do kubectl —namespace=onap-portal describe pod <pod> to see what the pod is waiting for (most probably waiting for the mariadb port to be open)
Also, look at the logs of portaldb: kubectl --namespace=onap-portal logs <pod> Portal-app is waiting for its DB to be up and running, so you might have some issues with the DB.
