Hi Karthik, Can you share some more output from your k8s cluster (in a text format if possible)
kubectl -n onap-portal get events|grep portalapps This will show the events that took place and hopefully the reason why it is stuck at initializing. In my experience it is usually image pulling issues and/or k8s cluster resource limits are maxed out.
