Thank you, Mazin. I have updated the Committer Promotion form on wiki with details and also including information here: APPC has always had a very small number of committers: 4 before recent step down of one committer (3 from AT&T, 1 from Intel)
The Committer that stepped down was from AT&T; the committer promotion candidate (Takamune Cho) is from AT&T.
