Thanks Gary, I have the same result in the OpenLab for the OOM tenant. I’ll dig 
up the service-change-handler issue. Usually this is happening when it cannot 
connect to DMAAP.

UUI is broken since a little bit in OOM, I’ve noticed this but haven’t looked 
into it.
