Dear Integration Committers,

I would like to propose to promote: Morgan Richomme as the committer for 
Integration project.

Morgan has been an active contributor for OPNFV testing related project. Before 
Amsterdam release, he was focused on the ONAP integration testing in Orange 
open lab and contributed the results back to ONAP community.

For Beijing release, he is actively working on:

  1.  ONAP Maturity testing
  2.  Leading and working on ONAP testing results related work
  3.  Continue his integration testing at Orange open lab
  4.  Integration / Benchmark

Before I get the approval from ONAP TSC / infrastructure coordinator, I would 
like to do an internal vote among all current Integration committers, which are 
on the “To” list:

  1.  If you agree to promote Morgan as committer of Integration project, 
please reply “+1”
  2.  If you have no opinion, please reply “0”
  3.  If you disagree to promote Morgan as committer of Integration project and 
just keep him as contributor, please reply “-1”
