I recommend that we have a short meeting for (a) Sprint 2 recap, closure and (b) Sprint 3 planning. One option is to do it today or sometime during the weekend(which is probably the right time for Sprint 3 planning). Another option is to do it on Tuesday. The later we go, the further away we move from agile recommendations.
