Please see https://jira.onap.org/browse/VNFRQTS-83 for the proposed list of requirements to be added to Chapter 5, Section B "Heat". This takes the existing text in this section and puts them testable requirements into the standard format, i.e. R-NNNNN The VNF Heat <MUST, SHOULD, MAY...>.
