The SDNC preload is returned to SO, which then passes the data to openstack as parameters. The parameters are substituted into the onboarded heat template.

When we instantiate a VNF (e.g. vFW) on openstack, after SDNC preload step, is SDNC used to instantiate this VNF on openstack?
