Please make sure before testing, you have registered A&AI to MSB:
https://wiki.onap.org/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=16002659#InstallationofHolmes(forTestingPurpose)-A&AIInfoThatNeedstoBeRegisteredtoMSB.
Besides, I strongly recommend you not to register different Holmes instances
from different environments to one single common MSB. Otherwise, MSB will
dispatch the requests to all the instance using the Round Robin algorithm,
which will probably cause unwanted problems.
