Message Router SSL port is 3905. Sorry for the typo.  Message Router client has 
to use the AAF root certificate to send requests to the Message Router on the 
SSL port.

DMaaP Message Router is using the AAF certificate in the HEAT deployments. 
Message Router SSL port is 3904. Message Router client has to use the AAF root 
certificate to send requests to the Message Router on the SSL port.
