Looking at the Jenkins
* Log - this occurs when cloning sdnc/oam.git submodule, a large repo with
many files.
* Trends - during peak periods of Jenkins/Gerrit use
Some options I see
1. Increase time out limit on verify and/or improve performance of submodule
clone
2. Remove sdnc/oam.git submodule from the doc verify job
2a. Temporarily & restore when we are past the current peak usage/before Beijing
2b. Permanently and use multiple RTD projects with Intersphinx links
Any other suggestions or recommend option above?

I see a timeout occuring in the doc master verify which is failing our changes
to the project specific documentation.
Request to kindly help us in the resolution.
