I currently decided to take another approach and just built appc
component, and deployed to local nexus. I want to avoid changing poms if
not really necessary.

Hello,
I have a problem compiling SO (beijing branch).
When compiling, it is trying to download dependencies and fails, the
error is:
[ERROR] Failed to execute goal on project common: Could not resolve
dependencies for project org.onap.so:common:jar:1.2.0-SNAPSHOT: The
following artifacts could not be resolved:
org.onap.appc.client:client-kit:jar:1.3.0-SNAPSHOT,
org.onap.appc.client:client-lib:jar:1.3.0-SNAPSHOT: Failure to find
org.onap.appc.client:client-kit:jar:1.3.0-SNAPSHOT in <repourl> was
cached in the local repository, resolution will not be reattempted
until
the update interval of onap-public has elapsed or updates are
forced ->
I know it tries to download it from our local nexus proxy and also
from
a bunch of other places, including onap snapshot repo, so I am not
sure
if this artifact has vanished and how to proceed further.
