Dear Pam, I have brought this issue up with Ryan from our infra team. Looking at the jira logs, there is nothing that seems suspicious, but Ryan has disabled a backup that is set to run 10:00UTC 6:00am.
Can you please let me know in case you see this issue again, we need to see if the backup maybe was causing issues. During the day, Jira is 90% idle thanks!
