Dear team, I wanted to let you know that I am still investigating these issues.
In my case (in my local machine) running the same pull requests sometimes succeeds and sometimes it fails to find the proper manifest. Nothing in our environment has changed, but I am looking through the logs to see if I can catch something happening. Sorry for the inconvenience, I'll continue working on this. Thanks!
