Hi Steve, Apparently there is an action by Closed Loop that recreates service-instance objects and it starts by querying the original request parameters from the service-instance object. Would the SO infra_active_requests table still be relevant by the time that Closed Loop performs its actions? Does Closed Loop already perform such a query on the SO data?
