Hi, Service port is not exposed in esr-gui due to which you are not able to access the GUI.But if you are using Amsterdam relase of ONAP, you can access it using the below url from Portal VNC
http://<esr-gui-clusterIP>:8080/iui/aai-esr-gui/extsys/vim/vimView.html ( http://40.71.213.204:30080/iui/aai-esr-gui/extsys/vim/vimView.html ) If you are working on latest version of ONAP, then you need to expose the 8080 port to access.
