Is the problem you’re seeing specific to the dcae pods? To find out you could try to reduce the size of the ONAP deployment (see https://docs.onap.org/en/beijing/submodules/oom.git/docs/oom_user_guide.html#configure) and validate a smaller deployment. This might help distinguish between actual ONAP issues and environment issues.
