The lab has been upgraded to OpenStack pike, it is complete - let me know if you see/have any issues.

The plan for the remaining 5 nodes was to upgrade one a day to minimize the removal of resources from the lab during the work week. However some nova commands associated with adding or modifying configurations are blocked while upgrades are in process. The daily staging stacks need at least of these locked commands. Because of this we will complete the upgrades for the 5 remaining nodes in the next few hours. This will cause a resource constraint during this time. I'll send out an update when the upgrade is complete, and the resources are back on line.
