Hi Prakash,
You can find the volte sample VNF(vSBC) at here:
https://wiki.onap.org/display/DW/Data+Model+Interest+Group+2018-06-04+Meeting+Minutes.
Remember change the extension into .csar. This VNF also used in volte usecase
and you could onboard this vnf package on SDC.
Basically, VoLTE usecase use UUI(usecase ui) to do the service LCM
